| 18.30 approx Met in The Plough Public House to fill tummies! 19.25 Had a wander round the beautiful gardens, lovely warm evening, before we entered the house. Immediately Tarnia could feel a strong energy at the end of the pathway that is by the moat, such a strong energy Sarah and Annie could feel it in their chests. Went over to the Gatehouse. 20.15 Inside the Priory. Kyle (everyone's favourite ghost hunter!) sees a flashing light. 20.25 Heather and Annie both hear something in the dining room, we investigate but there is no one in there. 20.30 Chris sees a moving shadow in the music room. Again no member of the team is in there. 20.35 All gather at bottom of stairs to begin tour of house and loud running footsteps are heard heading towards us. We all look up to the landing to see who is coming down but there is no one there. Chris confirms that the owner Chris is out and sure enough he walks through the door behind us with grocery's and up the stairs to his flat. We check upstairs to make sure but there are definitely no other people in the building. There is no one else. We all remain gobsmacked for a little while as the sound was so loud and clear. 21.00 approx.. The group have been taken round the house by Chris and begin their ascent down the secret passageway that takes you from the second floor to the ground floor. Sarah sits on the stairs with Tarnia who simply can't enter the passageway. She says it's not nice. She senses a child in there and two men, one who is nice and one who is not nice and the conversation stops there. 21.07 Massive blood curdling, child like scream heard outside (much to the horror of some). Tarnia goes outside to investigate with Chris, Ade and Ben. Heather and Gill were already outside and also heard it. Tarnia was drawn towards the stable area, and here she could sense children playing, a young girl crushed under a horse when it reared and she could hear horses footsteps which we could later hear on Chris' Dictaphone (should be on website). She also sensed the stable hands didn't want us there. They didn't know why we were there and Tarnia said she wanted to leave, 'got to get out of here'. A thumping noise was also heard. 21.30 Begin mind numbing task of setting up cctv. Various orbs are seen during the night on the CCTV but nothing unusual. 21.32 Tarnia clearly sees a woman walk over to the piano and so she takes a photo and gets an orb (see website). 22.00 Go back outside over to stables again. 22.35 Tarnia senses Robbie a Scottish stable guy. He's bigger than Ben and gets very cross with us. Becky provokes him but Tarnia says he just wants to work. She senses a nasty man. 22.50 Wander the garden, watch the house. Nothing although some of the sculptures are quite scary! 23.00 Sit in the music room. Very calm. A few photos are taken of orbs. 23.50 Split up and do a twenty minute silent vigil in different parts of the house. 00.00 Orbs in music room. 00.07 Footsteps heard. Everyone accounted for. 00.50 Things quieten off. Everyone mills around for a bit. 01.00 Lots of dust looks like millions of orbs. Spend ages re-adjusting cameras. Testing environmental controls (Beckys words…she must have word of the day toilet roll!) Very little activity. 01.30 Vigil in kitchen. People getting tired but photos produce a fantastic orb, what can only be described as a Ghost ball (see website. It's the photo of Chris leaning across the table). It looks like a normal orb with trailing mist. 03.00 Annie and Kyle settle down for a nap. 03.10 Chris settles down for a nap (Had driven back from Cornwall that day) 03.30 We go to David Beckham's room and Tarnia tries some Psychommetry on three extremely old books, with excellent results. 04.00 Go outside for a wander, around and behind the barns and then back to the gatehouse. On walking back, as we watch the house, we clearly see someone walk past the upstairs window into the school room. We stand and watch the house and get on the walkie talkies and request someone to go into the room and check who it is. Annie, Kyle and Chris are asleep so we watch as Heather and Gill run up the stairs and into the room (torches flashing everywhere) and they confirm there is no one there! (They were up there in a matter of seconds) 04.30 Annie and Kyle rise and join the rest of us in the dining room. Still very quiet and uneventful. 05.00 Chris rises. Still very quiet and uneventful. 05.15 Annie sat with Tarnia for a while and practised some more psychommetry. Everything Tarnia said to Annie was later confirmed with Annies mum. 05.30 We notice Becky starting to pack away CCTV which is a sure sign she's had enough so we did decide to pack up and head home.
