21.00 – A late start
to a strange evening. Team Tear had forgotten! They were sorely missed.
Whilst in the East
Tunnel Chris hears a clicking noise from the walls.
21.18 On the tour in
the Thunder Tunnel, Angela, Teri and Amy all felt dizzy and get head aches.
Angela heard something moving and so did Teri, and then Angela heard a breathing
noise in her ear.
Jenny has a pain in
her right shoulder and feels sick.
21.45 Ruth and Chris
heard shuffling noises and a bang in the Car Park Tunnel (aka dead bird tunnel).
They left dictaphone running and something – not them – turned it off.
22.00 In the first
tunnel Vicky felt something brush against her, felt a cold feeling. Luke sees a
shadow by the top of the Fire Escape stairs (spiral staircase?)
Twinkling lights are
seen by the Spiral Staircase area, a woman’s scream is reported along with a
male presence. The air becomes dense, a feeling of death.
22.11 Angela, Teri
and Jen all heard a groaning noise coming from the side room that is down the
Thunder Tunnel.
22.25 Kyle reports
silvery orange lights out in the moat...cannot recreate these lights or find a
cause of them.
22.30 A knocking
noise is heard near the bedrooms by Steve and his group.
VIGIL 1
23.00 Spiral
Staircase – Scoobies Not much at first but then lots of movement from one of the
tunnels. There was a definite presence and orbs were caught on digital cameras
along with a strange mist.
Becky also gets an
orb on the night vision camera and we can hear lots of different noises.
Ghost Tunnel – Mandie
heard tapping and has the feeling that something is watching them all from the
alcove. Chris’s torch flickers on 2 occasions. A bang is heard from the other
room. Ruth can smell something sweet, Mandie and Ruth both hear a sigh.
Accommodation Block –
Person is seen in tunnel with cloak on in the corridor opposite the toilets
Ian catches an orb on
camera and so did Pauline in the same area.
Tarnia and Lizzie
feel like someone is walking behind them and Sian gets the name Michael.
Strange light
anomalies are caught on camera. Tarnia feel faint and there are noises from the
toilets. Pauline also heard voices in the other large but room no one is in
there.
23.23 Figures can be
seen at the end of the tunnel and voices can be heard, every groups whereabouts
is accounted for....whoever it is, its not one of us. No one is there upon
investigation.
23.30 Whistling is
heard in the spiral staircase area and also footsteps...someone suggests the
whistling sound may be a Barn Owl.
A damp smell is
reported in the tunnel but that is understandable considering the location and
wet weather just recently.
23.45 Steve’s group
report a black object moving up and into the air – whispering in the tunnel, a
shadow and an object thrown
VIGIL 2
00.00 Thunder Tunnel
– Tarnia gets orb on camera. They sing songs, get more orbs on camera...one is
caught on video and is heading towards them.
00.15 Courtyard –
Scoobies – Movement heard in corner of the courtyard by the green door.
Strange lights can be
seen in some of the upstairs windows but we think they might be reflections even
though we can’t recreate the same lights again.
Accommodation Block –
Chris catches a knocking noise on his dictaphone but not much other activity
Dead bird tunnel – (3
floors down) Sian felt something tickle her head and Liz saw movement about 1 ft
above floor level, but nothing is there. They also heard a tap, saw a sparkly
light and caught an orb on camera. Shane takes a photo and gets a strange mist
in the doorway.
When they leave, Liz
senses a handy man type man who walks the tunnel and thinks of this tunnel as
the only place he can keep his stuff.
00.40 In the South
Tunnel someone takes a photo and it has a face in it.
VIGIL 3
01.00 Kit Room Tunnel
– Tarnia gets orbs on camera and senses a Jewish man praying.
01.25 Thunder Tunnel
– Scoobies – I swear I saw a black dog....Labrador but skinnier. Bex thought she
saw someone next to Josh and he also thought he saw a shadow there earlier.
Kyle hears what he
thinks sounds like a dogs collar when a dog shakes his head.
Chalk Tunnel – Angela
feels someone touch her back. Dave is setting up the camcorder and see’s someone
duck as they come up the stairs and run past the end of the room. Dave said he
will check back on the footage.
Angela says something
touched her face and gets upset. All hell breaks loose when Lizzie screams too
which then encourages even more screaming. A rumbling is heard in the corner of
the room when they begin calling out’.
02.00 Karen gets
aggressive and gets upset, people notice the change in energy around her (but
this could be Karen’s energy because she feels so unhappy)
CONCLUSION
An interesting
evening, we had to many arrears to cover but with only so many people and lots
of areas there were always 3 areas during the vigils that were not covered by a
group, this led to some groups having to cover a much larger area themselves
which then meant there was lots of moving about.
We had some very good
results especially from some that had only been a few times and also some
excellent photos that included mist and figures, not just orbs and hopefully
those that have them will email them into us so we can put them on the website.
Chris got a couple of
good EVP's on his dictaphone and also some good footage on the night vision
cameras too.
We had a good group
on the night and i think this shows in the results.
